To browse our products, you may use the menu in the website header and select the desired section. You’ll be redirected to a new page, where you’ll be able to scroll through the catalogue of the selected category. The filters on the left side (top button on mobile devices) may be used to narrow your search. If you want to get more details on a product just click on the photo or on “TAKE A LOOK”. Once you are in product view, you can visualize more pictures, read detailed information and add items to your shopping bag.

At the moment our website is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Customer Support
You can contact our support team directly from our website or emailing us at help@cuddle-home.com. Kindly allow us 1 business day to reply.

Products can be added to your “Shopping Bag” by visiting the desired product page and clicking on “Add To Bag” button. Use the menu to click on your Bag and proceed to the Checkout Process.

Shopping Bag
In this page you can preview your order, select your address, delivery method and choose your payment method. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will also appear on this page. Click on “Purchase” to advance.

Create account
To finish a purchase on our website you need to create an account. Just click on “Login” (top menu) and follow the “Create Account” instructions – we’ll only request essential information to deliver your order.

If you have an account but forgot your password, just head to the Login page and select “Recover Password”. You may cancel your account by emailing us at help@cuddle-home.com.

Please don’t forget to change your personal information as needed. You can do this by logging in, click on “Account” and select “Personal Data”.

Payment Options
CUDDLE provides two payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
- Paypal

Please make sure you save your purchase receipt. We do not store or process any transaction on our servers. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Although our prices are in Euros, you may change the website’s currency to USD or GBP. We automatically update our exchange rate daily, based on information provided by the European Central Bank.

If you’re shopping from an European Union country, we’ll include VAT (23%) on the Checkout Process.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Portugal. We accept orders from the following countries:

Delivery Methods and Times
We provide two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (about 5-15 days on most countries)
- Priority Shipping (1-5 days, depending on destination country)

Shipping Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated on the ‘Checkout Process’. They change according to your country and order size. Prices do not include local taxes or duties.

Local Taxes and duties
If you’re ordering outside the European Union, you may have to pay customs duties. Unfortunately, CUDDLE won’t be able to calculate any import duties and/or local taxes on international orders. Please contact your local customs office to collect accurate information on this matter.


Not exactly what you were looking for? Give us a chance to make it right.

You can return products in resalable condition within 30 days after receiving your order.

You may return your product if it:
- is not exactly what you were expecting. Items must remain unused, unwashed and sent in original packaging.
- shows a significant defect. *
- is not the product you ordered.

We may decline a return if:
- product has been used or washed.
- product is not in a resalable condition. **
- product is not in original packaging.
- the return process is started later than 30 days after delivery.
- item was bought in a “clearance sale” and is not defective.

We do not offer an exchange service. To exchange a product please return your items, wait for a refund and make a new purchase.

Open the return process by emailing us at help@cuddle-home.com, including your order number on the email’s subject. Please make sure to explain why do you want to return the products and attach any information you might find relevant. Kindly allow us 1 business day to reply.

Returns will be reviewed by our team and are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline a return if items are used, washed, not in the original condition or in any other condition that prevent us from reselling it.
Please note that shipping costs are covered by the customer – you can use your local post service or courier of your choice.  Be sure to mark “RETURNED GOODS” on your parcel and documents to prevent import duties and taxes.
Refunds will be credited by the original payment method and do not include shipping costs***, taxes and duties. CUDDLE will process your refund in 5 to 10 business days after receiving your return package.
