What are the specifications of your products?

All our products are made from 100% cotton. In bedding products we use 600 thread count sateen, and our towel collections have high grammage (500 grams per square meter).

Which towel sizes do you sell?

Our towels are available in 4 sizes: Washcloth, Guest Towel, Hand Towel, Bath Towel.

Where do you make your products?

Our products are made in Portugal. For more information read our ‘About Us’ page.

Where do you ship from?

Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Portugal.

When are you shipping my order?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we don’t ship orders on weekends and national holidays.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on the shipping method. Priority Shipping will arrive within 1-3 working days, standard shipping should take 3 – 10 working days.


Please note that shipping times are only estimates. Although we will work to deliver your order on time, shipping times may vary from country to country and be affected on certain dates, holidays or events.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated on the ‘Check-Out Process’. They change according to your country and order size.


Important: If you’re ordering outside the European Union you may have to pay customs duties. Unfortunately, CUDDLE won’t be able to cover any import duties and/or local taxes on international orders.

Which payment options are available?

We accept payments by credit/debit card and Paypal.

How can I return/exchange my order?

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, send us an email (help@cuddle-home.com) with your order number and cancellation request. If the order is already on transit, you’ll have to return the product within 30 days after shipping date.

What happens if I order an item out of stock?

Our website doesn’t allow to buy an item if it’s out of stock. If for some reason an error occurs, you’ll be contacted to cancel the order or wait until we have it on stock again.
